Gluten Free Muffins using Bisquick (Gluten Free)


I found this lovely recipe on another site and want to try it:

Basic Muffin Recipe

2c. GF Bisquick
1/3 c. butter ( cut into bisquick)

then add...
3 small eggs
1/2 c sugar
1c. milk
1 T veg. oil

And then add 1 cup blueberries or 2/3 c chocolate chips or 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract and 1 tablespoon poppy seeds. Whatever you like.
Mix and bake at 400 degrees for 20 -30 minutes .

Sounds good to me!

    1. These turned out pretty goood for me, I used apples and walnuts. Added a little extra bisquick because they seemed a little thin, but overall were pretty good. I have been on a gluten free diet for years and this is one of the better things I have found.
